No, CRL (Common Rank List) in JEE Main is not the same as a category-wise rank cutoff. CRL is the overall rank of all candidates, regardless of their category. While the CRL is used for the general category, other categories (like OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD) also have their own category-wise ranks, which are used alongside the CRL in the counselling process.
