Look VIT AMARAVATHI is a new campus of VIT UNIVERSITY.So we can not tell you that it's faculties,facilities are good or not.Moreover,placements can also not be predicted easily.
I will suggest you that if you don't have any options left with you for admission in engineering college then only choose this one.
