XLRI has seen offers made by reputed firms in the financial sector. Top recruiters include JPMC, Goldman Sachs and Avendus Capital. Recruiters from the BFSI space also include Citibank, Development Bank of Singapore, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank among others. Other companies also visited campus offering PE, VC and IB roles.
Entrepreneurship is also an excellent course and many of the XLRI alums have started their own ventures. So you will get ample opportunity to learn and execute.
Since XLRI is one of the top 5 institutions there is no cons of joining this institute and its courses.
