well yes you can obtain the university because the basic eligibility is that you must have qualified for 10 + 2 graduation from a recognised board and minimum aggregate should be 40-60%

no I must tell you that biotech is also considered in best of four so even if you go for a biology stream that is a science stream then you can add your biotechnology marks instead of biology marks if you have scored better in that.
