I would personally suggest you to choose Gayatri vidya parishad over AU,Womens because of the following reasons

GVP.

Rating in engg- AAAA
Ownership- Private
Accredation- NAAC A
NIRF RANK - 198
Median package- 3.37 lakhs per annum

Also the faculty, facilities and placements are much better in GVP than AU,Womens.
