Hello Akanksha,
It's really difficult for you to get Kasturba medical college, Manipal with your rank.
According to last year's allotment list ( 2nd round) the last rank to get an admission under management qouta had secured and AIR of 29017.
Beyond this rank most of the candidate who got a seat in KMC, Manipal were through NRI qouta.
I suggest you to take up the college you have been allotted. RMC Loni is also a good college.
