I've crossed the cutoff mark for NEET 2019 but my category rank is exceeding the number of candidates qualified. Can anyone enlighten me?

crossing neet cut off doesn't ensure admission to government medical or dental college.i need to know your aiq rank,category rank ,domicile state and category to be able to able to you.
