    Hi,

    According to neet counselling rules you should have that state domicile certificate to participate in their counselling for 85% quota.

    To get a domicile certificate you should have land or house in that state

    So if you have punjab's domicile then you can participate in its state quota counselling.

    Dear Sir / Ma'm, if you have done your 10th and 12th from Punjab, but still not from Punjab, then also you will be able to sit for the 85 percent state quota counseling of that state. Since you have done your 10th and 12th standard from Punjab, you automatically become eligible for the state counselling of that state.

    The student can claim state quota if he/she has studied 10+2 in Punjab. This is a rule so yes you can apply for Punjab NEET counselling.. Good luck..
