Its due to some technical issue. Try again after few hours or tommorow, if still the problem persists , talk with the officials of neet ug. They will surely help you out.

Due to some technical error it must be happening so better to change the system and then login with your credentials if still this problem occurs again then wait till tomorrow or you can also talk to the officials regarding the same.
