Frankly, 145 is a very less score for any government college. Even for a good BAMS college you must have a higher score than this. I know this sounds disheartening but it's true. The marks that students have scored have made a big difference. I will suggest you to start studying again and try to score higher marks. You will definitely get a good college then.
