I've got 6480 rank in u.p state .should I go for councelling if any chance of atleast BDS or without wasting time start preparing for2019.

Based on your rank, your NEET marks should be around 384 and according to your marks, you have chances of admission to private medical/Dental colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
