The cut off CSE at VIT Vellore is too high i.e approx 10,000 rank.
You have 66,000 is very low for CSE or any other branches at VIT Vellore.

Hiiii Varun!!!! Congratulations for your rank. With this rank its quite difficult to get any good core branches in category or 2. You can get something good branches in category 2 but it will cost more. You can surely go for Chennai campus for some core branches.
