I've paid 500 rupees in DU predictor. And, suddenly the portal disappeared. Worst Experience..

If you have paid for the DU predictor, there might be a few reasons for the same:

• Make sure that you are connected to a secure and stable internet connection while making the transaction
• Check whether you have received a confirmation mail/ text from the server after completion of the transaction.
• DO NOT REFRESH the page while the transaction is being made,
• Make sure you receive a confirmation message from the concerned back stating the required amt has been deducted.

Sometimes due to technical glitches, the server fails to connect.
If after following the above steps, it still shows the same, revert back in the comment section.
