Ive scored 83 percent in 10th and 62 in 12th..will this affect me even if ive got around 85 percentile in cat and good marks in graduation..

Since you have academics record starting from class 10 onwards but you have slightly less percentage in your Class 12th. So definitely it will affect if you wish to take the admission in any of the govt institute like IIM or private institution like BITS because they want 75% from class 12th, so definitely it might get affected. But don't worry there are some other institution also which will look your CAT percentile rather than your percentage. So in that case you are leading , so don't worry about that definitely you will get a edge with your CAT percentile.

But ive read somewhere that a guy who scored just 57 percentile in 12th and scored 90 percentile in graduation ,got admission in IIM And when i checked their cutoff, they didn't specify about the 12th cut off..
