    See it depends upon which college you want admission in,if you want a private college then it depends upon there flexibility if they consider they will or else they will not but some private colleges consider it but take some donations while in government colleges the actual cutoff is only the deadline for you to get in.....

    Yes I have mentioned general statement where I mentioned about private colleges talking about Chandigarh University there is no criteria for qualifying JEE if you don't qualify then also you will get admission but the only criteria in Chandigarh University is that you need to have 60%and above in your 12th boards...
