Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, You cannot pursue 2 Regular programmes in the same duration. As per UGC guidelines, you can do 2 different courses from 2 different universities in 2 different study modes (regular and distance). So if you are attending b Pharmacy in regular mode then you must have your Agriculture course in distance mode and vice versa.
