Last year I scored 511 in neet but didn't get any govt college in UP will this year also the cut off will be around 560 FOR UR ?

See there is nothing called a fixed cut off marks for any college. Depending up on question standard it varies year to year. Generally cut off marks increases in successive years. According to you inspite of scoring 511 you didn't get chance. So i will say try to score 570+ this year to secure your seat.
