A transistor is a semiconductor device which is often used to amplify the electronic power and signals.

An adder as its name helps to add numbers it is mainly used in the ALU(Arithmetic and logical unit of the circuit).

A subtractor is used to perform the subtraction of 3 input bits namely the minuend , subtrahend , and borrow. It gives 2 outputs which are the difference and borrow out.
