Yes LPU do offer Journalism and Mass Communication after meeting the eligibility norms which is : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. LPU promotes following scholarship:

Since I can surely say LPU has one of the best BJMC departments amongst all the universities. The department teaches offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Moreover the teachers aren't like teachers they are more of friends and will guide you and educate you with their experiences as well. News channels like AAJTAK, BBC, ABP etc offer direct internship to the students of the university.

LPU organises LPUNEST( National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for scholarship purpose.
The same scholarship is available to students getting above 80% in class 12 examination however the amount of scholarship prize varies with increase in percentage.
