If you have passed Class 12 from the Commerce stream, you generally cannot take direct admission to a regular B.Tech programme because most engineering colleges require Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12 as mandatory subjects.
Since B.Tech is the qualifying degree for M.Tech, you would also not be eligible for M.Tech directly after Commerce.
However, you still have a few alternatives:

If you had Mathematics in Class 12 Commerce, some universities may allow admission to certain technology-related courses such as BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or specialized programmes.
After completing a bachelor's degree such as BCA, you can pursue MCA and build a career in the technology sector.
Some private universities offer emerging programmes in fields like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Computer Applications with eligibility for Commerce students.
