B.SC refers to Bachelor of Science which is an undergraduate degree in the field of Engineering.
If you have a B.Sc degree on ready in Physics, interested to go for another degree in the field of chemistry then you can surely go for it.
You would need to crack the entrance examination for another time in order to get admission into the chemistry subject.
