Hello aspirant,
Yes you can get admission for btech after bsc through lateral admission. But i wouldn't recommend you to do Btech after Bsc but what you can do is Do MSc after that and then I think you would be considered equivalent to a BTech degree and at the end of the day skills matter not the degree, it is just a piece of sheet so learn skills and you can do wonder.
