In Neet OBC category must obtain 40th percentile to be eligible to get into a Medical college for MBBS or BDS, acoording to your score. After Neet you get admission in MBBS and not MD. MD is a post graduate program. For that you need to complete MBBS first ( undergraduation).

It depends on ur state and how other results.But a score around 525 would surely secure your seat into a good govt medical college.All the best
