Mam I have scored 84 percentile me CRL rank is 1.84lakh, and 19338 ews rank is there any possibility to get a govt. College with CS branch?

unfortunaterly you dont have chances to get into government universities or colleges as your rank is not in elligible criteria list.
so you may try to go with the private institutions in your locality make sure that you check the fee stucture and facilites and ranking of the colleges.
