Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st

So, being from OBC category you need at least 40% aggregate in PCB to be eligible

Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is

= 108
=(108/300*100 )%
= 36% i.e lesser than 40% , so you don't  fulfil above aforesaid % requirement and thus you are not eligible for neet examination

I hope you are trying to say that boards me teeno subjects milakar 108 mile hain out of 300. So as per the NEET eligibility criteria, you need 50% aggregate and above marks to qualify for applying into various medical courses through the NEET examination.
