I hope you are talking of the VASAVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING,as per my knowledge the fees for that college is 1.24 lakh per annum as demanded by the college.

There is no such quota in Vasavi college of engineering,instead one can apply for NRI quota (admission on basis of ipe marks) and can take admission for which one has to pay 5000 dollars per annum(3.2 lakh nearly)Goodluck!
