Hello,

For admission to Government Medical colleges under All India Quota, you must score more than 570 marks in NEET exam.

Cutoff vary from college to college and cutoff vary every year. Kindly mention your state and category then I can tell you better. Also, if you wish to take admission in any particular college mention the college name.
