Well getting a government medical college seat in government medical colleges through state quota will not depend on your category with that marks.
Your marks is pretty nice but you being a general category student may be difficult to get a seat but very easy for any other category of student to get a seat with that marks.
Even general category students may get the seat bybthe end of counseling if vacancy still exist.
