May I get a good college with 1402 sc rank and 24606 with general rank in upsee which Colleges are eligible by my performance I Got90.6in12

Based on your rank it is very tough to get a good government college. But you can get certain private Colleges base don your rank. As your 12th percentage is very good but it doesn't matter. Your rank matter. These are the Colleges where you can get admission :
