Hello dear student,
No you do not need tuition if you enroll yourself into MBBS course. As the schedule of the course is is bit tiring and students really do not get time other than college to get tuitions. And if your college will be away from your home are you get MBBS college in some other state than a student yes of course you have to take hostel because you cannot up down from your home to college as your home will be far away from college.
