medium level NIT aur Triple IT I get and having lower branch in it can I get any job and any placement in any company after dropping a year

NITs and IIITs are very good in terms of placement. Even if you don't make it to the top NITs and IIITs, it's still a good decision to choose the medium levels. Now, whether you will have a good placement depends on your academics as well. Only graduating from a good college won't do, you need to reflect it on your scorecard. If you can maintain a good result throughout your course, you can get good placement and jobs, even if you join some lower branches.
