Sorry but 40 marks is too less to get a call from nit or iiit. It is not enough to even clear the cutoff marks. It is advisable that you study harder and try in your next attempt to score some more marks so that your chances of getting a government college increase. You can alsi appear for state government examinations like UPSEE to try for a state government college.
