Mistakenly, i put grade point in my CAT registration instead of percentage. I'm totally clueless if i will get a call or will i be considered by any IIMs?

Don't worry you have option to correct that in your application form. And if you didn't had mentioned ' %' then, you don't have to worry.
Maybe you can get call from IIM if you get selected.
