My 10 th marks -89.8 ,12th -64.14, B.com -81% will if l join a decent business school for MBA at campus l will face difficulty dur to my low academic . what eligibility criteria does company put while shortlisting candidate for operation and marketing role. please answer.

Your academic profile is not bad, especially with 89.8% in Class 10 and 81% in B.Com . The 64.14% in Class 12 may affect eligibility for some companies, but it will not automatically prevent you from getting good placements.

The important point is that different companies have different shortlisting criteria. Some may require a minimum percentage in Class 10/12/graduation, while others focus more on MBA performance, entrance score, internships, work experience and interview performance.

For Operations and Marketing roles, build strong skills in Excel, data analysis, communication, presentations, problem-solving and business fundamentals. Try to maintain a strong MBA CGPA and obtain relevant internships/projects.
