my best 4 subject marks is 89% so can i get admission in du b.com

Well to be honest i would say you have no chance whatsoever of getting into DU for persuing B.com.
I Would say you should seek for admission in some small colleges that may offer you admission with this percentage.If you have some future plans with b.com and if you want to know more regarding that then you can comment below.

I am sorry to say but your secured percentage 52% is much less to get seat in any of the colleges of DU. Cutoff also depends on the other factors like category as you have not mentioned it, it is not possible to answer with that respective but you may apply with entrance base admission as DU admit students by qualifying entrance examination.
