No u have no chances to get into SSN for any department as ur cutoff is not too high

This year cutoff has been increased and that too if u have closing cutoff u can't get into a department of ur interest and u can get into any vacant department so it is upto u . Anyway apply for it then wait for the call letter
U mean TNEA rank then it's better to check once in career 360 TNEA college predictor . So go through it
