my aim cat score is 35-45 perecntile and my aim nmat score is 160 whay chances i have tl get minimum avg college based on these both exam's

Seeing the scores your basic is not at all strong. I think as less than a month is left for CAT exam so you need to work very hard on your basics and give up lots of online mock test and analyse them which will help you in overcoming your mistakes and come up with a strategy to attempt your paper which will definitely help you in improving your marks and percentile. You also need to know your strength and weakness so that you cam attempt the questions where accuracy rate is high for you.
You have very less time and need to work hard. If you are able to raise your score and end up having percentile around 70 percentile then there is a fair enough chance to get an average college.
