My AIR 52375 and SC category rank 1589 in neet.Can I get government MBBS college this year,or should I move ahead for next year preparation.

Your rank is good in your category.wioty this rank you can get a seat in many govt. colleges in India.you should take it if you have the option.don't go for next year preparation.
