You haven't mention which exam you get this rank and category. Without knowing the exam name and category it is difficult to tell that you may have any chance to get Velammal Government quota. I hope you can understand that how important to mention the exam name and category.

Sorry to say but there is no chance to get seat in Velammal medical college in government quota.
According to previous year cutoff there is no chance to get seat in Velammal medical college
