My AIR is 136376 and score is 445 in neet 2020 and i belong to OBC(NCL) (BCB) category telangana,is there any chance of getting into private medical college(govt quota) in telangana??

As per last years cutoff, getting a MBBS seat through all India quota would not be possible. Cutoff is also expected to increase, and as per last year cutoff your rank is already higher. You might get a MBBS seat though state quota and BDS through both AIQ and state quota. I will some of the colleges you might get through state quota for a MBBS seat.
