You have performed exceptionally well and your marks are good too. Yes definitely you can expect some good colleges under all India quota. I am attaching a link for your help check it . In 2018, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 1414 scored 486 marks and secured a seat in PG Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Medical College. This was for General Category. Now EWS takes its cut from General Category. With an All India Rank of 16149, it is highly difficult for a seat. There are approximately 806 MBBS seats available in Haryana including the EWS seats that have been added. With this All India Rank, it might be difficult.
