To get in kerala college with other state domicile is only through All India Quota seats which constitutes 15% of total seats in medical colleges. According to the previous year cutoffs of your state in AIQ with 577 marks in General category, he may get Government Medical colleges of Thrissur,Ernakulum,Alleppy,Kollam and Palakkad.Having said that trends change every year based on question difficulty, number of students appeared etc.
