Hello
Getting a seat in all India with these marks could be a tough call as the competition level is very high . Since belonging to a general category it is tough to get govt college. Though there are good chances of getting a private college.

You say you have got 475 marks which is actually a bit less in the present Level Competition
At least about the state your speaking people have scored much higher and they will have better ranks to compete for unavail receipts of government medical colleges
So you can expect a private medical college or if your luck is good enough then maybe one of the inferior government medical colleges in your state availing the 85% state quota in the mop up rounds
