Well I am quite sorry to inform you that your brother will not be getting admission in any of the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) which conduct their entrance through JOSAA counselling. As far as private colleges are concerned I do not think that the ones like IIIT Hyderabad or BITS Hyderabad are also an option.
