With 210 marks it is very hard for you to get medical college if you belong to obc category. As per previous category an obc candidate must score above 450 to get good medical college through state quota. You can try in private medical or dental college. I provided a link below which can help you to find college. If you are not able to make then i will suggest you to go for another bachelor's courses or drop a year to practice well.
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

I am afraid a score of 210 is not enough to get you a seat in any medical college. Usually, cut-offs for reserved category students are kept low. But 210 marks are not enough to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
