123 marks are very less even with a reservation category quota for admission in medical courses through the state quota or all India Quota counselling. If you want to get admission on merit basis in any government college then I suggest you to take a year break and prepare properly for NEET 2020. If you do not want to take a break then you can try for admission through management quota but that will require a very huge donation amount and higher fees.
