For a state like Andhra Pradesh your son needs to score atleast above 550+ to be on the safer side of securing a seat in govt medical colleges. The competition level is very high and your son needs to have a better score to secure a seat in govt medical colleges as per the prevent year cutoff.
The better you score the better are your chances of getting a seat.
