My cmr is 251 and general rank is 128. Can i expect an admission either in NIFT delhi or mumbai?

congratulations on your success!
The authorities have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but according to previous years data you have high chances of getting BFTech at NIFT Mumbai( last year closing rank was 140) but low chances of getting at NIFT Delhi( closing rank was 47).
However you have very high chances of getting a seat at any NIFT ( except NIFT New Delhi).
