Hello Dear Student,
If your TNEA community certificate is showing as invalid even after uploading successfully, it usually means there is an issue with the document verification process.
What You Should Do
-
Check Verification Remarks
- Log in to the TNEA portal.
- Check whether any remarks or comments have been provided regarding the rejection.
-
Verify the Uploaded Document
- Ensure the certificate is clear and fully readable.
- Confirm that the name, community details, and issuing authority's seal/signature are visible.
- Make sure the file meets the prescribed format and size requirements.
-
Re-upload the Certificate
- Upload a fresh, clear copy if corrections are allowed.
- Complete any required confirmation or final submission step after uploading.
-
Contact or Visit a TFC
-
If the status remains invalid, visit the nearest
TNEA Facilitation Centre (TFC)

-

-
Act Before Deadlines
- Resolve the issue as early as possible to avoid problems during rank publication and counselling.
The most important step is to check the exact remark shown in your TNEA login, as it usually specifies why the certificate was marked invalid.
Hope it helps!
