My CRL rank is 183609 and OBC rank is 58970 can I get CSE in CSAB round if not then which branch I can get.

you can try for your home state and lower north eastern nit's , in these college cutoff is generally lesser .

According to your rank and category , you can try for iiit's like-

1) iiit pune

2) iiit  bhagalpur

3) iiit una

4) iiit  surat

5) iiit kalyani  and other iiit's

you can also try for other gfti which take admission under josaa  like these -

1) bit mesra

2) pec chandigarh

also participate in csab, so you can get a decent branch like production and metallurgy  , in them .

Do apply for home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state .  Hence apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .

As you have secured 183609 CRL rank from obc category then you can not get any nits in whole josaa counseling.

As per your profile I can assume that your home state is maharashtra, then also by applying your home state quota, you cannot get vnit nagpur.

Now, talking about csab special round counselling, them also there is no chance for you to get any seats in nits in both the round of csab special round counseling. Even in vnit nagpur you can't get seat. Also in lower nits like nit mizoram or nit Nagaland, there is no chance for you to get seat. Last year the highest cutoff closing rank for nit mizoram for obc category candidates on the basis of their CRL ranks was - 68681 ( for civil engineering and other state candidates).

So, you can think that even the lowest nits have cutoff closing Crl rank under 70000 for obc category.

So, there is no chance that you can get any nits or iiits in csab special round counselling. And thereis not a slightest chance for you to get cse branch, as you can't get other branches even in lower nits.
